Last week, BLU leaders met in Washington calling for greater investments in skills development and job training. Representing diverse regions and industries, 75 business leaders met with 80 congressional offices to advocate for better federal workforce policy including supporting industry partnerships, expanding apprenticeships, and investing in America’s workforce. Drawing from NSC‘s Skills for Good Jobs: An Agenda for the Next President, BLU is working to spark a national conversation on how better workforce policy can help workers and businesses succeed.
