Even as the workforce grows more diverse, people of color face barriers to good jobs and career pathways. Five National Fund collaboratives are developing explicit equity-focused and data-driven local strategies to directly address these barriers and achieve more equitable workforce outcomes.

This work culminated in a series of reports that were released in January 2021 and re-branded Advancing Workforce Equity: Blueprints for Regional Action.
