Healthcare Workforce Development Academy
Peer learning is at the heart of CareerSTAT. The Healthcare Workforce Development Academy is an 18-month peer-learning opportunity to build the capacity of participants to institutionalize investments in frontline healthcare workers. Participants will learn to:
- Identify and accelerate adoption of business practices that support frontline worker advancement
- Implement workforce plans that align frontline worker training and education programs with strategic areas of business impact
- Plan and develop required organizational infrastructure
- Scale and/or sustain workforce development programs
- Positively influence business and employee outcomes

CareerSTAT is excited to announce the second cohort of the Healthcare Workforce Development Academy. Sixteen organizations, that together employ over 120,000 frontline workers, were selected to participate in the 18-month peer-learning experience.
