About this tool

The self-assessment is designed to help workforce organizations and industry partnerships determine where they are in their development and what they might prioritize to build and strengthen their partnership.

How to Take the Assessment?

Take it yourself

Respond to each question from your perspective of your industry partnership work. If you work with multiple partnerships, focus only on one for the self-assessment.

Discuss with others

Multiple individuals from the same organization or industry partnership, especially employers, should take the assessment and come together to discuss findings.

Interpret and use your results

Print your results and choose the tools and resources to support your partnership’s development and goals. [See sample here]

Chart a path for development

Develop a continuous improvement plan based on the areas prioritized. [See sample here]

This assessment should take around 20 minutes. Print your results at the end and use them to help develop your continuous improvement plan.
