The grant will support efforts to develop employer leaders and support positive changes in their business practices. The National Fund is working to help businesses in becoming more competitive by investing in their workers and improving the quality of their frontline positions. The grant will also support the National Fund’s network of over 32 regional collaboratives and 85 industry partnerships in leveraging local investments, organizing businesses in growing industries, and developing their region’s workforce.
