Healthcare Industry Partnership Use of Job Quality to Improve Frontline Worker Retention

The North Texas Health Employers Learning Consortium was formed in April 2017 to address industry-wide challenges of hiring and retaining frontline workers. With philanthropic support, three participating employers implemented job quality strategies to reduce turnover of Patient Care Technicians.
