Program Director of Systems Change

The Program Director of Systems Change will have specific responsibility for expanding and implementing the National Fund’s systems change work with its partner communities to generate sustained equity-driven economic mobility for low-wage workers and job seekers, especially people of color and women, into careers with family-sustaining wages. The Director will also work closely with the entire National Fund team in the implementation of the National Fund’s mission and its five-year goals. The ideal candidate will have the vision and skill to oversee a national program focused on local systems change, capable of both big picture and detail thinking while demonstrating a strong record of effective project management. Together with National Fund senior leadership and a small program team, the Director will plan and implement a program primarily focused on place-based collaborative systems change initiatives in four partner communities.
