With Funding from the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Public/Private Ventures used an experimental research design to answer the following question:

“Do mature sector-focused programs result in significant labor market gains (e.g., employment, earnings) for low-income, disadvantaged workers and jobseekers?”

This report has the results of the experiment conducted with training being provided by Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership, Jewish Vocational Services-Boston, and Per Scholas.
