In 2014, CareerSTAT’s Frontline Healthcare Worker Champion program was created by a group of healthcare industry leaders to recognize and encourage peers making sustained investments in the skills and career advancement of frontline workers. Through this process, a standard of peer-defined best practices in frontline worker development was developed and compiled into CareerSTAT’s Guide to Investing in Frontline Healthcare Workers. Thus far, CareerSTAT has recognized over 50 healthcare organizations as Champions and Emerging Champions.
