Service Sector Learning Lab

During the worst parts of the COVID-19 pandemic, many Americans were moved by the everyday heroism of “essential workers” – people who work on the front lines of industries that could not go remote or shut down. As we recover from the pandemic, it remains clear that many of these jobs pay poorly, have very limited benefits, against often punishing schedules.

The Service Sector Learning Lab is an eight-week learning experience for National Fund collaboratives who wish to develop effective strategies for engaging employers in the service sector to make service sector positions into good, family-sustaining jobs.
